Well, it took awhile to get things situated, but it’s finally been brought to fruition: Lupinia v2, based on Mambo and SMF. When this site was first conceived, I intended it to be more of a community than my previous website. Unfortunately, I couldn’t quite make that happen, until now. With this new system, every registered user can post content, making it truly a community effort. I’ll still be posting my articles and such, but I want other people to contribute as well.

Well, after working on it for a full six hours last night, plus almost three today, the new Lupinia site is up and running. It’s still not complete, I haven’t added any content yet, but I’ll be doing that tonight. Once that’s done, I’ll make an email announcement to all members.

Due to the way the forum-site integration works, before you do anything on the site, make sure you click the logout button on either page, then login from the MAIN SITE LOGIN BOX (not the forum)! This will add your user information to the site’s database properly, otherwise you may not be able to use the site correctly.

I’ll finish adding content tonight, but for now, I need a break, all I’ve done is work on this for 8 hours and sleep for 8 hours.

For those who may not have noticed, the main Lupinia site is down. Why? Because I’m finally upgrading to the new Mambo-based site! Took me long enough, but I finally got things assembled well enough to start switching over. I’d originally intended to do the installation last night, but by the time I finished running backups, I was too tired to do anything else.

All the hosted sites have been untouched, including House Rules, I Colored This, I Read This, and Furry Teens. This only affects the main site, gallery, and forum. No data will be lost from the forum, however, I don’t have a good way to import gallery data, so if you have images in the gallery, you’ll have to reupload them.

Everything should be live tonight
