		<description>I'd say establish a profitable base in RL rather than one of dubious viability in SL. It has a huge long-term risk of going down or becoming infeasible to access.

If you really want to do something like that, maybe get into &lt;a href="http://opensimulator.org/" rel="nofollow"&gt;OpenSimulator&lt;/a&gt; and run it on your own hardware?</description>

		<description>I'd say only get involved with owning land if it's something that would make you happy, otherwise it's not worth the trouble.  I've personally been taking a break from SL to rethink things but I still don't know if I want to go back to that. There's alot of things I enjoy about it but I don't like how I sorta become a zombie in RL and don't get anything done in RL when I'm heavily involved with SL.</description>
