This was essentially a snapshot, and I didn't think much of it at the time.  But after reviewing it, I really liked the way it made me feel chilled simply by looking at it, so I added it to this collection.  Taken just after one of the worst ice storms in years, it was the middle of the afternoon and everything still had a solid coating of ice.
