An old (presumably non-functional) traffic light mounted to the side of a business in downtown Broadway, VA. Why? Who knows; it's certainly not relevant to the business. But, as much as I love classy big-city life, there's something charming about living in an area where "attach random stuff to the wall" is a valid outdoor decorating strategy.
